|| CONFIDENCE || Despite waking up today full of cold, I pulled myself together and shimmied into a dress. I usually post about my mental health in terms of bad days, but today I’d like to celebrate the opposite. The good days need to be recognised too. ? My back has always been one of my favourite body parts to show off (handy when you have a small bust ?), so when I got ready today I honestly felt so good. It’s weird because even writing this I can feel those negative thoughts coming in “they’ll think you love yourself”, “they’ll think you’re a show off”… well you’d be correct. I’m sticking my middle finger up to those negative thoughts today and I’m saying damn right, I do love myself and I’m showing off about it! ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ Thanks for the snaps @rhitrition – love having you here! ?
